I finished Celestine (a very fitting name given by my husband.) Her hair covers the blank areas of skin where eyes on a normal human would be, but then again, she's not even human! What?! She's painted with a combination of gouache and watercolor, then outlined with micron pens. Honestly, I think the pictures are truer to what she looks like in real life than the scan. Light gradients of watercolor are difficult to pick up by my scanner, but hey, that's o.k.
