Original sketches for these cuties.

Made some sticker packs too since stickers are way cool!

I'm baaaaaaack! Sorry it took me so long, but I was hiding in the shadows these past couple of months preparing for a craft show. Not surprisingly, my momentum and productivity increase significantly when I'm not internet-ing. My apartment is also TONS tidier...which is nice. The above paintings were super fun to work on. Turns out I really enjoy making small, simple stuff between larger projects! Hopefully I can make more like this and possibly make a zine? But we'll see!

  1. Hi,

First of all I'd just like to say I really love your art work, it's so adorable and I have been glued to your blog all last night looking through.

I just wondered if I could ask your advise, I'm trying to make some prints of my own art, and I'd really like to be able to print them at home, and just wondered what printer and paper you use? As yours look incredible quality!

I'd be really happy if you could help me with this little pickle i'm in :)

    Kindest Regards,

    Amie

    1. Hi Amie!

Ah! Thank you so much! I'm so happy to hear you like it :)

I use an Epson Stylus Photo 1400 for all my printing stuffs. It's not top of the line for Epson printers, but it's the best my budget could afford. The biggest drawback is the cartridges aren't recyclable and they're ~$20 a pop. It definitely meets my expectations though!

As for paper, I was using Epson's fine art paper but I switched to Red River Paper. I believe I'm using their Fine Art Aurora Natural. It's not as thick as Epson's, but honestly the color accuracy is far better, especially for watercolor. Plus, it's cheaper!

      Hope this helps!
